Holstein Bench violins are meticulously handcrafted by a single master luthier from our select, VSA award-winning workshop. Each instrument embodies exceptional artistry, attention to detail, and the use of only the finest materials. The top is carved from premium Italian spruce, while the back, ribs, and scroll are made from beautifully flamed Bosnian maple — both chosen for their superior resonance and tonal character. Our Holstein Bench violins are created as faithful replicas of the great masters, including Stradivari, Guarneri del Gesù, Amati, and Maggini. Every detail, from the arching and dimensions to the hand-applied varnish is carefully modeled after the originals to capture their timeless beauty and tonal excellence.
