A fantastic new violin by Stefano Trabucchi, made in Cremona, Italy in 2025. This Stradivari pattern violin is a beautiful example of Cremonese violin making; a well-made and refined instrument that demonstrates the highest level of craftsmanship. The wood is attractive with prominent and even grain, the carving leaves little to be desired, and the varnish has a tasteful glow with subtle antiquing.

The violin feels great in the hands; lightweight yet substantial. The neck is just the right size, and the setup offers effortless playability. The sound is powerful and brilliant, direct, and very clean. A rich deep quality from the low register, and pure ringing from high on the E string.
