The Original Flexocor Double Bass Strings (orchestral tuning) are rope core steel strings and are especially suitable for bowed instruments. They produce a brilliant, powerful sound with great projection and have a short sustain. They are instantly playable and have great stability.
The core material is a high-tensile rope made from carbon steel which is wound with chrome steel.
