Open Box Kun Seven Violin Shoulder Rest

This product is covered by standard one year warranty. This warranty is valid for one year from the time the item(s) is received, and covers manufacturers defects in components and workmanship. We honor this warranty by repairing or replacing the item at no extra cost.

This warranty excludes all consequential damages, and does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, or tampering.

Please note that strings, bow hair, rosin, pads, and other parts or accessories are all subject to normal wear and the warranty is therefore limited.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Kun Seven Shoulder Rest, you may return it within 45 days of delivery for a refund. In order to get a product refund, the shoulder rest must be in the original packaging and condition, showing no signs of wear or abuse.

We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before customizing and bending the shoulder pad. To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept the return of a Kun Seven Shoulder Rest that shows signs of use and has been bent and customized to a customer's preferred contour.

Unless there's an issue with the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. The return shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount when the return is completed.
