About the maker
Born in Livorno in 1977, he attended the "Bottega di Parma" violin making school, where, under the expert guidance of Maestro Desiderio Quercetani, he learned the theory and techniques of violin, viola, and cello construction.
After finishing school, he worked on classical models of the Cremonese tradition, making violins and cellos for students of the local music schools and conservatories, refining his technique over time.
Since 2017 he has developed violin models inspired by the great masters of Bolognese violin making (G. Fiorini, A. Poggi, A. Pollastri), offering a personal interpretation in which the style and personality of the maker integrate with the shapes and curves of the Bolognese masters.
