Fiddlershop is an authorized dealer for all major string brands. We guarantee that all strings purchased through our shop are authentic and will arrive safely at your doorstep. We also ensure that the strings are free of manufacturer’s defects. 

Please inspect your strings immediately upon receipt. If you notice a defect on a string or if it breaks within 30 days of delivery, please contact us.

45-Day String Return Policy

You may return new, unopened strings within 45 days of delivery for a refund. Due to the delicate nature of strings, open packages, and installed strings are considered non-returnable.
