Deli Sacilotto 2012 Violin (FS212)
It's our pleasure to feature this violin made by local violin maker Deli Sacilotto, made in 2012. This is an intriguing instrument, with unsymmetrical C-bouts, and an eccentric four-piece back.
- Bergonzi Template (loosely based)
- Despiau 3-Tree Bridge
- Four-Piece Back
- Rosewood Fittings
- Thomastik Vision Strings
This instrument still has a surprisingly good sound, with a moderately warm tone, and pleasant upper register. It has sufficient power and focus, however isn't quite a soloist level instrument. It responds with ease and feels great under the fingers.
