We are delighted to welcome this new maker to the Fiddlershop Family. This violin was made in 2020 in Upton Massachusetts, USA by Craig Weinfuss. Mr. Weinfuss restores and repairs instruments and studied violin making with Ray Melanson for over a decade.

The tone of this violin is very balanced, with a hearty and warm low register, and a sweet and bright upper register. It has a strong projection overall and plays very easily

Template: 1710 Stradivarius

Wood: Spruce top, and Maple sides and back

Varnish: Bright Orange/Gold resembles the Stradivarius "Messiah"
