Please inspect your strings immediately upon receipt. If you notice a defect on a string or if it breaks within 30 days of delivery, please contact us.

45-Day String Return Policy

You may return new, unopened strings within 45 days of delivery for a refund. Due to the delicate nature of strings, open packages, and installed strings are considered non-returnable.
