Our New Site
This system upgrade was necessary for many reasons, but primarily to up our security and to enable back office features that we’ve been missing. All to be able to best serve our customers, stay up to date with the latest technology and meet the security standards of the 21st century.
We know that change sometimes can be hard, but we’re doing the best to make the shift to the new system as smooth as possible. In the transition, we’re asking you for your patience. If you have an existing account with us, you will have issues logging in over a few days. But don’t worry, your accounts are in good hands and will be back up shortly.
During our system upgrade, we have moved all customer accounts into a new, more secure infrastructure. Since all old account passwords are encrypted, we never have access to them. If you’re an account holder, you will receive an email from us where we ask you to create a new password. Once that is done, you are good to use your account again. We kindly ask you to check so that all information on your account is correct and to update any inaccuracies.

Together with the release of the new site, we’re also announcing the updated Fiddlershop logo.
Our business has grown and evolved over the years, and we felt it was time for a change. We have refreshed our logo to reflect who we are today and to symbolize our future. You’ll see the new look anywhere we’re out in public, like our website, Youtube and Social Media.
