This entry level electric violin will blow your mind! The Tower Strings Electric violin comes with a built-in pre-amp and pickup, powered by a 9v battery (included). Simply switch on and plug in headphones or go directly to an amplifier - nothing else is needed! The setup, accessories, and build is far above anything we have tested in this price range!
The 1/8" audio input (labeled "mic") can be used to listen and play along with backing tracks, drones, or a metronome through the headphones (control volume for the input on that device). This feature alone easily makes the Tower Strings Electric the ultimate "silent practice" violin!
This electric violin is set up and tested in Fiddlershop's Florida workshop and will arrive ready to play out of the box.

Very good. Shipping was faster than advertised, packaging was great. Many great accessories as well. A very good experience - have already recommended!
Not disappointed at all
I bought this violin kit to keep in my office for practice while away from home. I have it connected to a Spark mini amp. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. This is my first electric violin. But I’ve had it for over six months and really love having it around to keep me sharp. This is only my third year of violin playing, but I found it to be easy to tune and holds its intonation well. For the price, I really can’t complain at all. It’s a huge value.
Like that it's quiet for others, sound quality is great, and you can plug in headphones and amp, and the shoulder rest is really comfortable. But it's hard to tune. I haven't used the given tuner, maybe I should, but I have my own with the same concept of tuning, if you don't have an amp to make it louder or you're not so great at tuning by ear it can make it hard to tune. I don't know having a tuner app on your phone can make it easier
Perfect product. Delivered on sound, features, and everything else. Would highly recommend as a first electric violin to those who haven't played an electric one before. Changes your whole experience with the instrument. Using with a fender guitar digital amp works well.
