Most adults and children over 12 years old will need a full-size (4/4) violin. That said, the best size is determined by the player’s arm length, not just their age. Simply measure from the neck to the center of the palm with the arm fully extended and compare it to our sizing chart. If you’re unsure or fall between sizes, our team is happy to help you choose the right instrument.
