Wonderful Rosin!

This rosin really brings out the resonance of your violin! It is smooth, yet still has perfect "grip". It is expensive, but you need very little, so it should last a long time. As always, great service from all the folks at Fiddlershop!

Amazing soft grippy feel. No problem applying.

After being told to draw my bow more vigorously by my instructor I was searching for a warm, soft grippy rosin that wouldn’t produce raspy or gritty sound. The feel of the supple recipe is rich and grabs the strings without so much as a squeak or scratch. I may be a fairly new player but after asking several longtime violinists to try it the consensus was “superb”. I can feel the resonance with my entire body. This is great stuff.

nice rosin, terrible holder

I could not manage to use the skinny holder. Bow hair continually falling outside it. Not getting rosin all the way to edge of bow hair. I finally melted it down and put it in two wider holders, and lost a lot of this over priced rosin in the process. Once in better holders, I find the rosin is quite good and works as advertised. But I do not have much of it left. Unless you have money to burn, go with something like Melos instead.
