I have been
I have been using this case for several years now. It fits the violin perfectly and has plenty of storage. There is a zippered flap on the the lid that holds several books of sheet music without having to fold or roll them up. As well as the tube for extra strings, there is another zipper under the flap that could be used for storing extra strings. Thee are two storage compartments that are big enough to hold just about everything you need except a music stand. Mine holds an electronic tuner, two shoulder rests, two mutes, a couple of FiddlerMan dust clothes, the included strap I haven't used it yet, so it stays put away), even a spare tailpiece. There is another covered compartment for rosin tucked away under the neck area. It has two handles. The main handle is leather I think) and is comfortable. I use the subway handle more for moving around the house and onto, and off of the table. Overall, this is a sturdy case that has served me well, and i expect it to last a long, long time. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the fantastic service i have received from the gentlemen at Fiddlershop. They have always gone Above And Beyond.
